General Throughout:
- Remove, clean and repe light fixtures
- Clean walls, light switches, doorknobs
- Clean window sills
- Clean fan blades
- Clean baseboard trim, heating vents
- Clean flooring, vacuum and mop
Kitchen:
- Thoroughly clean kitchen, paying attention to detail
- Move and clean beneath and behind fridge (move outs)
- Clean appliance outer-surfaces and inside microwave
- Clean exterior cabinets
- Clean inside drawers and cabinets (move outs)
Bathrooms:
- Thoroughly disinfect and sanitize
- Toilets
- Sinks
- Shower and shower glass
- Mirrors
- Counters and fixtures
Front Room, Dining Room, and Hallways:
- Move furniture cleaning underneath (when possible)
- Refer to general throughout
Bedrooms:
- Vacuum under and behind bed and dressers (when possible)
